Generosa.

Generosa is a generous left-hander that peels along a well-covered uneven reef just north of Corralejo, sheltered from the road by a low hill. The wave is defined by its length - rides regularly extend 200-500 metres along a sloping, medium-speed wall that stays workable at all tide stages, though it softens and backs off noticeably as the tide fills in. The bottom is well-covered reef, keeping the wave forgiving underfoot and the takeoff easy, which is exactly why intermediates and longboarders consistently return. There is no hollow section or critical lip to contend with; the wave rewards rail surfing and drawn-out turns rather than power moves. It fires reliably on NE swell, with the window opening as far west as W swell, and southwest winds keep the face clean. Access requires spotting the cars roadside and descending the slope in the centre of the bay - cliffs to the east cut off any other approach. Consistency is genuinely high for Fuerteventura, which makes it one of the most dependable sessions on the north coast.
