Green Bowl.

Green Bowl offers a consistent, fast, and powerful right-hand reef break favored by experienced surfers. The wave works best on smaller swells but can also handle well overhead conditions, starting to break far out as the swell wraps around the reef. Many waves tend to shut down before the end section, but the inside bowl provides excellent barrel opportunities, especially where the wave bends into the channel. Access requires a steep walk down hundreds of stairs along a cliff to a pristine, secluded beach, with an easy paddle-out through a well-defined channel. The break can get heavy with sharp reef and strong currents, particularly on outgoing tides, and there have been occasional tiger shark sightings. Crowds are usually moderate, with local vendors present at the parking area, making this scenic location a rewarding yet demanding surf destination.
