Laredo.

Laredo fills a large semicircular bay on the Cantabrian coast with multiple shifting beachbreak peaks spread across a long sandy bottom. The most consistent section sits between the middle and western end of the beach, where the banks tend to stack up best at high tide and deliver steep, fast-running a-frames in the 0.5-2.5m range. The break responds well to solid westerly through northerly winter swells; lighter summer conditions rarely generate enough punch to get the waves moving. A westerly offshore is ideal, though a northwest wind still keeps the faces clean enough to work. Wave length runs 50-100m per ride - longer on the better-shaped banks, shorter when the swell is inconsistent or the tide is pushing hard. Because it faces northwest inside a broad bay, the spot gets natural shelter from the strongest Atlantic storms while still funneling in enough energy on proper groundswells. Getting in is straightforward via the main beach access, with roadside parking along the front.
