Cubiculo is a rocky reef break producing both lefts and rights. Waves are usually short, generally under 50 metres, though rides can reach 50-150 metres on better days. The wave can be hollow, fast and powerful, and starts working below 1 metre. W, SW and S swells are favourable, with N winds providing the preferred offshore direction. The break is best suited to experienced surfers.
