Located on Pulau Sialik, a small island off Simeulue's southeast corner, Thailand is a long left that peels along a reef beside a narrow channel. The takeoff is steep and vertical but manageable, feeding into an open, rolling wall built for carving and cutbacks rather than tube hunting. The reef sits in crystal-clear water over well-covered live coral with occasional shallow boils and flat spots breaking up the face. On solid S-SW swells the wave stretches 200-500m down the reef, and at double-overhead the inside sections widen and accelerate considerably, demanding more ability. Reaching the lineup requires a short boat ride from either Teupah Selatan harbour or Labuhan Bajau near Thailand Right, costing around Rp150,000 per person. The wave works on all tides with a preference for outgoing, and favours NW winds. Crowds build when visiting charter boats overlap with the land-based surf camp crew, though isolation keeps numbers lower than mainland Sumatra breaks.
