Large waves up to 2.6m expected at Madiha Right. Peak conditions around 9:00 PM.
Exercise extreme caution when entering the water. Strong currents and large waves present. Warning valid until 9:00 PM.
Madiha, between Mirissa and Dondra, is a reef break with a right that has two main peaks. The outside section is soft and crumbly, while the inside can barrel over the shallow reef. When the peaks connect on bigger swells, rides can reach up to 200m. It’s best for experienced surfers, as the shallow shelf makes entry and exit tricky. Some surf schools take beginners here, so be aware of others in the water.
Shallow reef that connects two peaks into two-hundred-metre barrels on size.
