Losmen Right is a right-hand reef wave breaking over submerged live coral near Muara Siberut harbour. It is relatively mellow and wedging, with occasional barreling sections, and works from approximately 0.6-1.8 m. The wave is best with southeast swell and southerly offshore winds. It works through low, mid, and high tides, although the reef becomes especially shallow on smaller swells. This paddle-surfed break suits intermediate to advanced surfers and is generally less demanding than nearby heavier Mentawai reefs.
