Praia do Barbas.

Praia do Barbas is a sand-bottomed beach break in Costa da Caparica, also known as the Tarquínio/Paraíso surf sector. Banks north of the main jetty can produce quality lefts, while peaks may also break right. Waves are generally short, usually under 50 metres, but can reach 50-150 metres on a good day. West swells and east winds provide the best conditions, with the sandbanks determining how well it performs. It works through all tide stages and is most powerful and reliable from October to March.
