Powerful sandy-bottom jetty point with long lefts and rights at Ferragudo.
Molhe de Ferragudo is a powerful sandy-bottom point and jetty break at Praia do Molhe in the Algarve. Waves start beside the Ferragudo breakwater and can run over the jetty, breaking both left and right. Typical rides are 50-150 metres, with good-day waves reaching 150-300 metres. It works best on west to south swells with northerly winds and low to mid tides. The break is suitable for intermediate surfers, while faster and more powerful conditions favour experienced surfers.
