La Fitenia.

La Fitenia is an uneven reef peak sitting directly in front of the Las Americas promenade in Tenerife, offering both left and right options from a single take-off zone. The reef is shallow and the wave wells up from depth to produce steep, hollow take-offs with bowly sections that peel at a medium pace across 50 to 100 metres. Rights are the standout, threading through connected wall sections that reward committed rail surfing; lefts tend to be shorter and more abrupt. The break needs a southerly direction to get to work, making it primarily a summer performer in the Canaries swell window - a characteristic that drives the spot's inconsistency rating. When S swell does arrive, even modest size generates decent power over the shallow platform. A northerly offshore is the preferred wind. The peak sits inside the dense Las Americas break cluster alongside El Conquistador, Derecha del Cartel and El Dedo within 400 metres, but La Fitenia draws the deepest crowds because it works when its neighbours do not.
