Surf spot guide Β· Ericeira, Portugal
Short, hollow left over flat rocks near Foz do Lizandro.
Malhadinha is a short left-breaking rocky reef with fast, hollow and powerful sections. Rides are generally under 50 metres and break over a flat shore platform. The wave works from below 1 metre through 2 metres and above, with WNW swell and ESE offshore wind preferred. Mid to high tide is favoured, and the exposed break can be surfed year-round. It is best suited to experienced surfers.
