Plage Sol is a named beach-break surf spot within the Cap Spartel stretch near Tangier. It forms an A-frame with left- and right-breaking waves over mixed sand and rocks, usually producing rides under 50 metres. West swell and east wind provide the preferred setup, while the break can work across all tides. The spot suits beginners through experienced surfers, although the wider Cap Spartel area is generally more comfortable for intermediates.
