LeBa - also known as Coconuts - is a right-hand reef break in the Telo Islands, peeling along a dead coral ledge in front of a palm-fringed island. The wave peaks on an outside section of reef and walls up through a 100-200m run. Shallow boils and flat spots shape the ride, and the wave can produce hollow moments on the steeper inside shelf. It fires best on solid S to SW swells and becomes genuinely good from shoulder-high upward, with the upper range reaching well overhead. The break is accessible only by boat - anchor in a channel and paddle to the lineup. Guides note that currents can run strongly around the reef, and low tide exposes coral sections.
