The area is less developed, so facilities are basic, but the natural setting is stunning. Waves here suit confident intermediates and up, as currents and exposed reef demand awareness. Early mornings deliver the cleanest conditions with offshore winds.

Uncrowded and mellow
The break sits on the seaward boundary of Kumana National Park (Yala East). The nearest mapped track ends about 900 m up the beach to the northwest, and the nearest graded road, Kumbukkana Road, is 1.9 km inland and permit controlled. The park gate is at Okanda, roughly 6 km up the coast and about 22 km from Arugam Bay. No parking, water or facilities at the break.
