World-class Taghazout right-hand point that sucks up every N to W swell and runs through powerful, sectioning walls.
Killer is the most consistent point on the Taghazout headland, a right-hand reef that wraps W through N swells into a 200 to 500 metre wall of powerful, sectioning faces. Small days at low tide produce a short rocky left and a workable right off the cliff peak; as the swell builds the take-off moves south and the wave turns into vertical, bowly drops feeding fast walls with occasional barrel sections. The inside fires at high tide and is fully sheltered from north winds, making the spot fishable when most of Morocco is blown out. Named for orcas once seen offshore, the wave anchors the Taghazout big-wave reputation alongside Anchor Point and Mysteries just south. Access is by paddle from the beach or a careful walk along the exposed low-tide shelf; the slippery cliff goat track is best avoided. Parking is roadside on the coast highway near La Source. Crowds peak at low tide on solid swells when expat regulars and Moroccan rippers fill the lineup.

Roadside parking on the main coast highway by the safety barrier, or just south by the La Source beach apartments. Two entry options: paddle out from the beach, or walk along the rocky shelf at low tide and pick an entry point carefully. The cliff-top goat track is slippery and exposed - only use it if sure-footed. Camping is available in the wider Taghazout area.
