Devil's Rock.

Devil's Rock is a narrow strip of beach pinched between two rocky points just north of Tamraght, on the Taghazout stretch of South Morocco. The signature setup is a right that lines up off the Rocher Diablo outcrop and runs toward the Banana Beach point, with shorter lefts and additional peaks shifting across an uneven reef and sand bottom. The wave runs fast and well covered through most of its range, only occasionally pulling into a hollow inside section when the swell is heavier. It works through every tide and starts to function on small W to N groundswells, which makes it one of the more consistent learner-to-improver waves in the area. A clean north-easterly cleans up the faces. The easy paddle out and forgiving shoulders explain the constant rotation of surf schools and rented foamies in the lineup. North of the rock a shorter left often closes out, and the Crocos beach peaks set up further up in front of the holiday park.
