Lampuuk.

Lampuuk is an open beachbreak with soft, sometimes shapeless mixed A-frame peaks offering both lefts and rights. The main bottom is sand or dark sand, with a fringing reef at the southern end. It is generally best for beginners and intermediates, while larger surf becomes trickier. Typical workable waves are around 0.6-1.5 m, and rides rarely hold their shape beyond about 50 metres. South through west swells can produce surf, with occasional afternoon glass-offs improving the wedgier peaks.
