Chatarra is a renowned reef break located just east of San Juan, offering consistent, fast, and punchy waves year-round. The spot is best known for its lefts, which break over a shallow and sometimes sharp reef. Swells from the north to northeast light up the lineup, drawing both locals and visiting surfers.
