Inside Lefts.

Inside Lefts, also known as Pussies, is a long left-hand coral reef break at the furthest inside end of Panaitan’s bay. The wave is mellow and relatively powerless, normally running 50-150 metres and reaching 150-300 metres on good days. It can work from below three feet and hold six feet or more. South to southwest swells are preferred, with northeast winds offering the best conditions and the inner bay providing shelter when outer breaks are blown out. It works on all tides, with low tide often best, and suits intermediates while beginners should wait for smaller days with charter guidance.
